A version of the Agreement is available in French. In case of divergence between the two versions, the French version prevails over the English version.

The present agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions use as well as the privacy policy of BridgeMTL’s website and its services, incubation of business immigrants' innovative project in Canada. Incubateur BridgeMTL, a duly incorporated non-profit organization whose place of business is located at 204 Notre-Dame Street West, # 350, Montreal, Quebec, H2Y 1T3, operates under the trade name Incubateur BridgeMTL and the www.bridgemtl.com website (hereinafter "BridgeMTL").

BridgeMTL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

A - CONDITIONS OF USE OF BRIDGEMTL

I: GENERAL CONDITIONS

The user accepts and acknowledges that BridgeMTL reserves the right, at any time and without warning, modify, change or update the Agreement. The use of the platform by the user after such modification constitutes a consent of the user to respect the conditions of use thus modified and to be bound by them. We strongly recommend that you read these terms of use regularly. If the user does not accept these terms of use or, as the case may be, the terms of use as modified from time to time, or the privacy policy, he must not use the platform and leave the site web www.bridgemtl.com.

II: NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER, EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY AND INDEMNIFICATION

BridgeMTL does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, suitability or content of the information on the platform. This information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied terms and warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Information presented on the blogs, videos or other communication methods of the platform cannot constitute a legal opinion. The information must be used for pedagogical and general purposes only. BridgeMTL cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damage whatsoever, including loss of income, profits or anticipated economic benefits arising from the use or inability to use the platform, the information, documents and software contained therein, with their content, even if BridgeMTL has been warned of the possibility of such damage or even if such damage can be foreseen as a user, you will indemnify BridgeMTL, and release it from any liability for all claims, liabilities, losses and fees (including legal fees) attributable to the use of the platform and violation of these terms of use.

You may not use or export the information or any copy or adaptation of the information in contravention of the laws or applicable regulations.

III: MINIMUM AGE

Only users of at least 18 years of age may use and benefit from BridgeMTL’s services.

IV: APPLICABLE LAW AND JUDICIAL DISTRICT

BridgeMTL is based in Montreal, Quebec. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada which apply in that province. Any dispute relating to the Convention or the use of the online platform must be initiated and concluded in the judicial district of Montreal.

B - PRIVACY POLICY

The protection of personal information is an important issue for BridgeMTL. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and review it periodically to be aware of any changes that may be made to it.

I: SCOPE OF POLICY

It is also possible that BridgeMTL will provide information, including personal information provided on a voluntary basis, to its promotional and marketing agencies and direct mail agencies. If you do not wish or no longer wish to receive emails we send to our customers, you can unsubscribe at any time by updating your profile or by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all emails we send.

The statistical information we collect is not related to your personal information and is not used to identify you. The web analytics tool we use is Google Analytics (google.com/analytics).
